Terms of service

Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from TrendVault. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Who we are

TrendVault is a trading name of Midhun Roshan Dhas Christu Raja Dhas, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Our contact details are on our Contact Information page.

Placing an order

When you place an order you are offering to buy from us. We accept your offer when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is out of stock, or because it was listed at the wrong price — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in GBP. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay; see our Shipping Policy.

We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices.

We take payment when you place your order. If a price is obviously wrong and you could reasonably have realised it was wrong, we do not have to sell you the item at that price.

Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and our stated delivery times reflect the warehouse each item genuinely ships from. Photographs are illustrative — colours can look different on different screens, and packaging may vary. If an item arrives materially different from how it was described, that is covered by your rights below and by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery windows are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Full details, including the delivery window for each product, are in our Shipping Policy.

Your rights to cancel and return

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Our Returns & Refund Policy explains how to exercise these rights.

Our liability to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability to you in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for any breach of your statutory rights in relation to the goods.

We only supply products for domestic and private use. If you use a product for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Using this website

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. The content on it — text, images, logos and branding — belongs to us or to our suppliers, and you may not copy it for commercial use without permission.

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free from errors.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs delays, extreme weather, or supplier failure. If such an event occurs we will contact you and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on this page at the time you placed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
