Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with what you bought. If you are not, you can return it.
Your 30-day return window
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it, for any reason. You do not have to give us one.
This is longer than the law requires. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order; we voluntarily extend that to 30 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
How to start a return
Email midhundhas331@gmail.com with your order number and, if the item is damaged or faulty, a photo. We will reply within one working day with instructions.
Depending on the item, one of two things will happen:
- We will give you the return address and ask you to post the item back; or
- We will tell you that you do not need to send the item back, and refund you anyway.
Please wait to hear from us before posting anything — items sent back without contacting us first can be hard to match to an order.
Condition
To be returned for a change of mind, an item should be in the condition you received it, with its packaging where possible. You are allowed to handle an item as you would in a shop. If you handle it beyond that and its value drops as a result, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.
Who pays return postage
- You do, if you are returning the item because you changed your mind.
- We do, if the item arrived faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. In that case we will also refund what you paid to send it back.
Faulty or damaged items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have a short-term right to reject them for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund. Contact us and we will put it right.
Refunds
Once we have confirmed your return, we will refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used to order. We refund the price of the item plus the standard delivery you paid, if any.
How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer, not on us.
Cancelling before dispatch
If you cancel before your order has been dispatched, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Things we cannot take back
We cannot accept returns of items that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons where that seal has been broken after delivery. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.
