Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. All prices are in GBP.

Delivery cost

UK delivery is a flat £4.99, and is free on orders of £50.00 or more. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands and Islands

Where we can reach these addresses, it is on the same terms as the rest of the UK: a flat £4.99, and free on orders of £50.00 or more. Some carriers charge us a location fee to get there — Evri publishes a flat £2.75 for these postcodes — and we pay that fee ourselves, so there is no surcharge at checkout and we will not ask you for one after you have ordered.

Our items ship from different warehouses on different carriers, and not every carrier covers every one of these postcodes. Where our supplier has told us an item cannot be delivered to an area, we state it against that item under Delivery times by product below. If the carrier for something you have ordered cannot reach your address, we will email you within one working day and refund you in full. We will not leave an order sitting.

Dispatch

Orders are passed to our fulfilment partner after payment clears. Our supplier picks and packs most orders within 1–3 days, and that time is already included in every window below. Order just before a weekend or a bank holiday and it can take a few days longer.

The delivery window for each item is also stated on its product page. If you order more than one item, they may arrive separately and on different dates, at no extra cost to you.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking for overseas shipments can take a few days to begin updating after dispatch.

Delays

Delivery windows are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees. Customs processing, weather and carrier backlogs can extend them. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at midhundhas331@gmail.com and we will either replace it or refund you in full.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. If you would rather cancel, we will refund the order.

PO Boxes. Please give us a street address at checkout. Not all of our carriers deliver to PO Box addresses, and we would rather tell you now than after you have paid.

Import duties

We ship to the UK only. Almost everything we sell ships from a UK warehouse, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. If an import charge or handling fee is ever raised against one of our deliveries, contact us and we will cover it — you will not be out of pocket.
