Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. All prices are in GBP.

Delivery cost

UK delivery is a flat £4.99, and is free on orders of £50.00 or more. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

Orders are passed to our fulfilment partner after payment clears. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times by product

Our products ship from different warehouses, so delivery times differ. The time shown is the transit time after dispatch:

Smart Bird House with Camera — ships from our UK warehouse. Delivery 2–6 days. Delivery is free on this item, as it is over £50.
Portable Blender — ships from our UK warehouse. Delivery 3–7 days.
Galaxy Starry Sky Projector — ships from our UK warehouse. Delivery 3–7 days.
Rabbit Lever Corkscrew — ships from our UK warehouse. Delivery 3–8 days.
LED Glow Note Board — ships from our overseas warehouse. Delivery 9–10 days.
Candlelight Humidifier — ships from our overseas warehouse. Delivery 8–16 days.

The delivery window for each item is also stated on its product page. If you order more than one item, they may arrive separately and on different dates, at no extra cost to you.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking for overseas shipments can take a few days to begin updating after dispatch.

Delays

Delivery windows are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees. Customs processing, weather and carrier backlogs can extend them. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at midhundhas331@gmail.com and we will either replace it or refund you in full.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. If you would rather cancel, we will refund the order.

Import duties

We ship to the UK only, and you will not be asked to pay import duty or handling fees on delivery. Should any charge ever be raised against a UK delivery, contact us and we will cover it.
